These scripting error warnings occur frequently when using IE, though I have never been concerned enough to pursue their root cause;
I was on a Microsoft property the other day and had the exact same thing happen, which makes me think it isn't that big of a deal;
However, what it should mean is that something about the scripting on your site is not perfect; It's hard to avoid scripting these days, but the first thing I'd do is go over the site code and see if there scripting you can live without entirely;
Besides that, take out different bits of code one at a time and track down which bit is causing IE to bork, and then you can do something about it.
Wow that sounds complicated - I guess I will just ignore .....
