Payment Terms and Conditions
All work performed is charged in 6 minute increments, and the minimum call-out is charged at 2 hours. Payment is required on the day the service is delivered. All payments are due to and recoverable by ANISE Consulting Pty Ltd atf Smithorpe Unit Trust t/a ANISE Consulting. The Client will pay interest at the National Australia Base rate on any invoiced amount payable that is not paid by due date and all costs and expenses incurred in recovering any amount owed to ANISE Consulting Pty Ltd atf Smithorpe Unit Trust t/a ANISE Consulting
including legal costs on a solicitor / client basis. Past due accounts are eligible to be passed to Dun & Bradstreet for recovery action. Accounts passed to Dun & Bradstreet may be listed on their credit bureau database. This listing may impact the ability of the Client to secure further credit facilities.
Remote Assistance / Phone / Email support
ANISE Consulting can provide assistance remotely, via phone and email, as and when requested by the client through phone or email. This support is billed at the end of each month.
Limitation of Liability
Anise Consultings’ liability to the Client in relation to the agreement shall be strictly limited to the value of 100% of the fees paid or payable by the Client under the agreement. In no circumstances shall ANISE Consulting be liable for any special, indirect or circumstantial damage or loss in relation to the agreement.
Employees, Consultants or Subcontractors of ANISE Consulting
will maintain and safeguard the confidentiality of any and all information obtained during the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities.
The CLIENT undertakes that it shall not solicit or entice away from the employment of ANISE Consulting any person or entity who at any time from the date of this Agreement until the date which is 6 months after the expiration of this Agreement is an employee, consultant or subcontractor of ANISE Consulting. Where the Client wishes to employ such person or entity, it must first seek permission from ANISE Consulting who may request payment of a financial sum that represents reasonable compensation to ANISE Consulting before granting such permission.
Scope of Services
The scope of services being provided by ANISE Consulting is strictly limited to MYOB Training, MYOB Advice, MYOB Support, MYOB Report Writing and the Services described in the Terms of Engagement. In some instances it may be necessary to communicate with your external accountant. In particular, Anise Consulting will not be providing any taxation, financial, computer hardware advice, or oral reports of any nature whatsoever.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations affect us significantly, therefore ANISE Consulting adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice you will be liable for the minimum call-out charge.
Travelling charges may be incurred if the clients premises is outside Brisbane Inner City East or Brisbane CBD.
Software Sales
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, or different from the sample shown to you.
